Dry Tea Ingredients | |

1 cup | chamomile |
2 tsp | lavender |
2 sticks | cinnamon |
1-2 tsp | corn silk |
Sweet Corn Milk Ingredients | |
---|---|
1 quart | rice milk |
3 | sweet corns |
2 tbsp | sugar |
2 tbsp | honey |
1 tsp | salt |
Dry Tea Directions
Blend all the dry ingredients and store in a sealed container.
Sweet Corn Milk Directions
Cut the kernels off of the cob and place into a saucepan with the rice milk, sugar, and salt. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Turn the heat off, add the honey and mix. In a high-speed blender, blend the milk and corn together, then strain in a fine mesh sieve. Refrigerate the milk and use up within a week.
