Purple mizuna is high in antioxidants, vitamin C, and folate. It is a very mild member of the mustard family of greens. Purple mizuna is excellent on its own or mixed with other salad greens like arugula and dressed with sesame oil and rice vinegar vinaigrette. It is also wonderful lightly chopped and wilted into miso soup or any kind of savory broth.
