Sara Lezama of RYE GOODS, an all organic bakery, will show you how to bake sourdough bread in the comfort of your own home in this new Wild & Slow Organic Sourdough Bread Class! You will learn how to create a wild, natural starter and keep it healthy and thriving. Sara will also show you how to mix, fold, and shape a beautiful loaf of fermented sourdough.
