Feel free to park in The Ecology Center parking lot. If that is full, please turn right out of the lot and park directly on Camino Del Avion.
Please dress comfortably and in layers as our garden cools down after the sun goes down.
Cancellation Policy: We understand your plans may change. You will be eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. To account for our preparation and head count for food, we cannot give refunds if canceled with less than 48-hours notice or in the event of a no-show.

Our Community Table Dinner series is back! This summer we will be hosting a series of Sunday Suppers supported by chefs from our Community Table Accord. Kyle St. John, Executive chef of Harvest The Ranch in Laguna Beach will lead our last Community Table: Sunday Supper at The Ecology Center this summer! Kyle will draw inspiration from “campfire cooking”; dishes you would cook when fishing and camping with friends and family in the mountains, incorporating vegetable dishes and other accompaniments to compliment local seafood!
A truly unique culinary experience, our Community Table Dinner series provides a look into an ecological food future, one that values a shared ecosystem, celebrates food, farmers, and community in an intimate and meaningful setting.
The dinner will be hosted in our courtyard, featuring thoughtful courses paired with inspired selections of wine and beer. Unlike our bigger dinners like Green Feast, our Community Table dinners are intentionally small – capped at 50 people – to offer a richer and more interactive experience for our guests and the featured chef.

FEATURED CHEF: Kyle St. John
Kyle joined The Ranch in 2016 as Sous Chef bringing his passion of farm to table cooking and fresh and locally sourced cuisine. Kyle’s love for food started in the kitchen with his family’s cooking and Grandmas’ recipes, which led him into the culinary world working in restaurants while attending school. After graduating from University, Kyle pursued a career in the culinary arts where he worked with the opening team at Selanne’s Steakhouse in 2013 for Hockey Hall of Famer Teemu Selanne. Kyle then moved onto the private world of Club Corp where he became Sous chef at The Center Club of Orange County. It was at the private club where he helped develop tailored culinary experiences for its members with paired wine dinners from Kosta Browne, Kendall-Jackson, Duck Horn and more, and beer dinners with local breweries Bootleggers, the Brewery and Barley Forge. Kyle has worked several Chef’s Table events for the Rooster’s Charity, the Illumination Foundation and Club Corp’s fundraiser hosted by Food Network’s Simon Majumdar and Bravo’s Top Chef runner-up Amar Santana. Kyle enjoys spending time in Montana where he was born, visiting his family’s farm, fly fishing and camping in the mountains. He currently lives in Laguna Beach with his wife Laura where he enjoys surfing, photography and seeking out new food trends. Kyle attended California State University Long Beach.
