This multi-course dinner will be cooked by James Beard Award-winning Chef Tim Byres over an open flame in front of you on the farm at The Ecology Center. Part fine-dining part performance art, this will be a culinary experience unlike any other. Each detail has been meticulously crafted from the bioregional cuisine to the handmade textiles by Kristin Morrison, to the plateware crafted from locally sourced clay by Rachel Salley.
