In partnership with our friends at Boochcraft, we’ve reimagined TASTE: Eat the Rainbow as a night of adults-only springtime revelry. Join us on May 21st from 6 p.m. for an immersive experience of this magical season, designed especially for grown-up palates.
Just like in our TASTE festival, the experience is organized around three stations that embody our core values at The Ecology Center.
At the GROW station, you’ll spend a meditative moment reconnecting with soil and seed, our most sacred relationship as land stewards, while building a seed ball to take home and learning more about the story behind our land stewardship during this exciting season of growth.
At the EAT station, you’ll participate in a taste test with our culinary team that offers a deep exploration of the phytonutrients represented by each color in our rainbow of produce, followed by a chance to enjoy a delicious Rainbow Salad with a flight of Boochcraft hard kombucha.
At the MAKE station, our revelry will reach its height with a dance around the maypole we’ve created from naturally dyed ribbons and regenerative blooms from our farm. When the dance ends, we’ll disperse into the fields for a truly unique experience: a moonlit version of our Strawberry U-Pick experience.
