Diana Christinson and teachers from Pacific Ashtanga Yoga Shala will lead us in breath and movement surrounded by the colorful abundance of spring on the farm. Each class will consist of an hour-long vinyasa flow yoga practice, followed by a 15-Breath Meditation while you listen to the birds and smell the fresh blooms around you. Classes start at 9 a.m. and finish at 10:15 a.m., and all proceeds go directly to supporting our work at The Ecology Center.
