Farm-To-Fork Cooking Class
Join us for a one-of-a-kind cooking experience at The Ecology Center, one of the last organic farms in Orange County. Our 28-acre farm offers a wide variety of delicious, seasonal produce and is a model for regenerative agriculture. Walk the farm, touch the soil, forage for your ingredients and get to know the journey of food from the farm to your fork.
Under the guidance of the regions renowned chefs, Farm to Fork cooking classes teach guests how to harvest, prepare, and cook a meal from farm to fork. Beginning with an exploration of farm and garden, participants harvest fresh, organic ingredients, collaborate and apply skills in the kitchen, and enjoy a fresh, family-style meal together on our idyllic grounds.
