Parking
Feel free to park in The Ecology Center parking lot. If that is full, please turn right out of the lot and park directly on Camino Del Avion.

Attire:
Please dress comfortably and in layers as our garden cools down after the sun goes down.

Cancellation Policy:  We understand your plans may change. You will be eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. To account for our preparation and head count for food, we cannot give refunds if canceled with less than 48-hours notice or in the event of a no-show.

We will be taking photos and possibly video to be used on our digital, social media. By registering for this workshop you agree to our photo/video release policy.

Our Community Table Dinner series is back! Supported by chefs from our Community Table Accord, our Community  Table Dinner series provides a look into an ecological food future, one that values a shared ecosystem, celebrates food, farmers, and community. Please join us at our second Community Table Dinner of the season, and help us cheers to a bright, abundant future.

FEATURED CHEF: Michelle Lainez of Chef Michelle and company
Michelle Lainez is a Los Angeles based chef by way of her very own catering company. In addition to catering, she also hosts a number of pop-ups throughout the region in collaboration with local chefs who are committed to sourcing their ingredients from local farms. She has co-hosted many events with some of our favorite farms as well, Weiser Family Farms and the Tehachapi Grain Project. You may have also recently seen Chef Michelle cooking with Chef Virgilio Martinez of Central. Michelle’s background is in El Salvadorian cuisine which will be featured in her new brick and mortar; highlighting her family’s cooking with seasonal and local ingredients.
