Parking
Feel free to park in The Ecology Center parking lot. If that is full, please turn right out of the lot and park directly on Camino Del Avion.

Attire:
Please dress comfortably and in layers as our garden cools down after the sun goes down.

Cancellation Policy:  We understand your plans may change. You will be eligible for a refund if you cancel at least 48 hours in advance. To account for our preparation and head count for food, we cannot give refunds if canceled with less than 48-hours notice or in the event of a no-show.

We will be taking photos and possibly video to be used on our digital, social media. By registering for this workshop you agree to our photo/video release policy.

Featured Farm: Stowel Lake Farm
Stowel Lake Farm is a thriving organic farm, retreat center and community on Salt Spring Island, BC. Located on over a hundred acres of mixed forests, fields, rocky outcrops and rolling hills, Jennifer Lloyd, Elizabeth Young, Lisa Lloyd, and Haidee Hart are at the forefront of this thriving ecosystem. Highlighting recipes from their new cookbook, “Seven Seasons on Stowel Lake Farm”, this all-female cast of chefs will showcase recipes inspired by their Salt Spring Island farm. We are thrilled to welcome the women of Stowel Lake Farm and their shared vision for a thriving, abundant future.
